sweet pea guacamole, vegan egg salad & black bean spaghetti

sweet pea avocado guacamole
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of peas (I used frozen organic ones)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 lemon / lime
- spices (salt, pepper & cayenne pepper)

blend everything. I like it, when there are still some whole peas in within the mash!

vegan "egg" salad
- 1 package firm tofu (make sure to get an organic one, I even found one from Europe)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup (or a little more) almond milk

blend everything till smooth! 

served with:
- black bean spaghetti from Edamama Pasta (I added some olive oil, salt, pepper, curry & hemp seeds to the cooked pasta)
- citrus beetroot salad
- almost raw broccoli
