Avocado almond smoothie!

It got really cold outside, and I hope that smoothie is gonna warm you from the inside out. loaded with healthy fats, spices, greens, vitamin C, an energizing superfood, and berries..

+ 1/2 avocado
+ 1 cup of kale
+ 1 cup of frozen red berries
+ 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened - calcium enriched)
+ 1 cup water
+ 1 pinch of cinnamon
+ 1 pinch of black pepper
+ 1 turmeric root
+ 1 ginger root
+ 1 ts maca powder
+ 1 ts hemp seeds
+ 1 dried date and 1 fig

blend it!
