buckwheat granola with maca powder

buckwheat granola with maca powder
+ 1 ts coconut oil
+ 1 ts honey (or more if you're a sweet tooth)
+ 2 bananas (the riper, the sweeter)
+ 1 cup buckwheat
+ 1 cup gluten free oats
+ 1 cup sunflower seeds
+ 1 cup flaxseeds
+ 1 cup almond pieces
+ 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
+ 1 ts maca root powder (I use one from raab vitalfood and got it at the alnatura store in zurich)

Preheat the oven on 200°. 
Melt the coconut oil and honey in a pan. Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the oil and the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything. If the mixture is too dry: add a little more honey / oil / banana and if it's too moist: add a little more dry ingredients. 

Spread on a parchment paper and bake for about 30'. Don't forget to stir the granola ones in a while. 

enjoy over chia pudding, with almond milk and fruit, just as it is as snack..
