green smoothie bowl - antioxidants for real!

one cup of matcha tea has as many antioxidants as ten cups of brewed green tea!

(blend everything together, click here to find out more about my favourite Blender ) 
+ 1 small avocado (I picked mine in the neighbourhood) 
+ 1/4 cup banana
+ 1 tea spoon matcha powder (bought it in Tokyo)
+ 1/2 cup coconut milk (unsweetened from SO delicious)

put the ingredients in a bowl and top with: 

rawnola
(I make a big batch, you can store the rawnola in the fridge in an airtight container)
in a bowl mix together: 
+ sesame seeds
+ sunflower seeds
+ almond pieces
+ flaked coconut
+ cranberries (unsweetened)
+ put cut figs and a little bit of water & honey in a blender, mix with the other ingredients
