Californian inspired breakfast ideas.

coconut flour pancakes
- 2 cups of coconut flour (I like Nutiva)
- 3 ripe bananas
- any kind of milk (I use coconut or almond milk - unsweetened ones)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds

mix all the ingredients together, fry pancakes (I use coconut oil), top them with any kind of fruit, nuts, shredded coconut - so delicious!

red smoothie
- almond milk
- hand full of almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- pomegranate seeds
- juice of one orange

blend everything - et voilà! 

green smoothie
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen green grapes
- 1 green apple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen banana
- juice of one grapefruit
- a pinch of cinnamon and turmeric

same story as above ;)

gluten free bread
- 2 cups of flax meal
- 1 cup of coconut flour
- 1 cup of seeds (I used sunflower)
- almond milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon and sea salt

mix all the ingredients together, pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for around 30-40 minutes at 300°

We usually eat the bread with any kind of poached fruit. 

Important note: always buy berries, grapes, spinach, apples and stone fruit organic!
